Befferlands Booking Conditions
It is advisable to telephone for confirmation of availability before sending your booking form and deposit.

Payments
A deposit of 1/3rd of the rental is payable on booking. Provisional bookings are held for 4 working days.
The balance of rental is payable 42 days prior to arrival. For bookings made less than 6 weeks in advance, the total amount is payable on booking.

Cancellations
We strongly recommend that you take advantage of holiday cancellation insurance. In the event of a cancellation, every effort will be made to re-let the unit. In the unlikely event that re-letting cannot be arranged, you will be liable to pay the balance of the tariff.

Breakages
Any damages or breakages which may occur must be paid for. Accidental damages and breakages of a minor nature will not normally be charged.

Parking
Ample parking for two cars is provided next to the cottage.

Arrival and Departure
Bookings are from 2 pm on the day of arrival to 10.30 am on the day of departure.

Lettings are Saturday to Saturday.

Timings on Winter Bookings and Short Breaks are flexible.

Guests are asked to leave the accommodation clean and tidy when vacating.
Number of Guests
The maximum number of guests permitted in the cottage is four (not including cots). The proprietor reserves the right to decline accommodation and to order any unauthorised person off the premises.

The proprietor accepts no liability for accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by any residents, their family, visitors, animals, vehicles or personal effects however caused.

 Complaints
Any complaint must be made known to the proprietor immediately. No complaint will be entertained at the end of the hiring period or after the hirer has departed.

There is a no smoking/no pets policy in this cottage.
Directions
From the east (Bridport 7mls), turn right off the A35 into Berne Lane just before the village of Charmouth.
From the west (Axminster 7mls), turn left off the A35 into Berne Lane just passed Charmouth. Follow the lane for 1 mile, Befferlands Farm Cottage is on the left.
